1 Chair framed being checked for loose joints.
2 Cleaning up frame ready to be upholstered.
3 Chairs springs will be replaced and new coil springs with jute webbing. Interwoven for unified support.
4 Preparing fabric on the cutting bench to be used on the Tub chair.

8 Upholstering seat platform on tub chair.
9 Preparing the outside back, the foam will be replaced with Dacron overlay.
10 Upholstering the outside back.
11 Chair panels are upholstered ready for the seat cushion.
12 Applying the calico using traditional methods. Using blue cut tacks adds to the authenticity to the tub.
13 Placing paper to mark out the shape of the seat cushion.
14 Doing it this way gives you a perfect fit.
15 Once you cut out  the panels for the seat cushion. Its time now for the sewing as you can see first is the piping then is the border.
16 The finished product as you can see it has turned out beautifully. The matching braid works well with the fabric and the frame.
